1. Regulatory Compliance
Coverly Agency, LLC] (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed insurance producer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and operates in compliance with:

31 Pa. Code (Pennsylvania Insurance Regulations)
The Unfair Insurance Practices Act (40 P.S. §1171.1 et seq.)

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights provided to consumers under Pennsylvania law.
2. Independent Agency Disclosure
We are an independent insurance agency representing multiple insurance carriers.

All policies are issued and underwritten solely by the insurance company selected by the client.
3. No Binding Authority Without Confirmation
Under Pennsylvania insurance regulations:
Coverage cannot be assumed, implied, or backdated unless expressly confirmed in writing.
No coverage is bound until written confirmation is provided by our Agency or the issuing insurance carrier.
Requests for coverage changes made after normal business hours are considered received the next business day unless confirmed in writing.
4. Consumer Disclosure – Premiums & Compensation
As permitted under Pennsylvania law:
We may receive commissions or other lawful compensation from insurance carriers.
Compensation does not increase your premium beyond the filed and approved rate.
Premiums are determined by the insurer based on filed rates approved by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.
Upon written request, we will provide additional information regarding compensation as required by law.
5. Quote & Policy Disclosure Requirements
All quotes provided:
Are estimates only.
Are subject to underwriting review.
May change based on inspection, motor vehicle reports, claims history, or additional risk information.
Final coverage terms are governed exclusively by the policy issued by the insurer.

Declarations pages
Endorsements
Exclusions
Coverage limits
Failure to review policy documents does not modify coverage.
6. Fair Insurance Practices
In compliance with Pennsylvania’s Unfair Insurance Practices Act:
We do not engage in misrepresentation of policy terms.
We do not engage in discriminatory practices prohibited by law.

7. Claims Process Disclosure

10. Client Duties
You agree to:

Material misrepresentation may result in cancellation, nonrenewal, rescission, or claim denial by the insurer in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
11. Cancellation & Nonrenewal
Policy cancellation and nonrenewal are governed by:

Policy terms issued by the insurer
Refunds, if applicable, are calculated by the insurer in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
We do not control cancellation decisions made by carriers.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law:
We are not liable for insurer underwriting decisions.
We are not liable for insurer claim determinations.
We are not liable for coverage gaps caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Our liability shall not exceed the commission earned on the applicable policy unless otherwise required by law.
13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located within Pennsylvania.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms to remain compliant with Pennsylvania Insurance Department regulations. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
